Mindfulness for Women

WELCOME!
MfW is an online mindfulness course for women. Our purpose will be to learn and practice mindfulness skills and strategies and consider how we can apply to the woman’s world. Topics of application include: body image, life-work balance, relationships, parenting, middle age/menopause, gender/identity, aging.
Goals:
- reduce stress and anxiety
- raise awareness
- move into acceptance
- cultivate patience
- practice self-compassion
- apply learning to women’s issues
Format:
- 5 weeks of live sessions on-line using Zoom
- 2 hours, Sundays, 11:30am-1:30pm EST
- Balanced whole group and break out activities
- Guided meditations
- Accountability partnerships
